You either find someone selling a PS3 that has CFW(custom firmware) or has firmware lower then 3.55.
Or you find out if it's possible to downgrade your own PS3 to 3.55 with tools that are expensive and take electronics knowledge and skill to use right.
Sony has patched this exploit it is not possible to buy a new PS3 with lower firmware then 3.55. This has been the situation for more then 3 years more or less.
